  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Consumption or posession of any kind of narcotics or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will result into serious action.
  • Plastic Bags and Bottles are not allowed in premises.
  • No loud music allowed.
  • AC rooms are not available.
  • We do not provide toiletries and linens.
  • Room Services are not available, since we are an ecotourism center and not a resort or a hotel.
  • 100% Advance Payment is mandatory for any kind of booking confirmation.
  • Booking fees are refundable only if notified about cancelation 48 hrs before time of arrival.
  • Adventure Sports are only arranged upon prior booking and for minimum group of 25 Adults.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents or loss of belongings.
  • Check-out timing is flexible only for 1hr, any further delay will be chargeable.
  • We only have basic first aid facility. Visitors are adviced to carry their own prescribed medications.
